Welcome to Barely Legal. Exactly like the name says and we hope you enjoy our stuff. Here are some brief Q and A questions that are commonly asked:

-How long is shipping?

Refer to our "shipping" page on the site but in a brief summary, it is typically 4-15 days unless there is a preorder. (We use premium ink that takes a bit longer but is well worth it once received.)

-My order arrived but there was some items missing, now what?

Good news! We did not forget them, it means that we are sending the other ones from a separate facility and it should arrive within a few days of each other, we will put notifications that items ship separate in their respective item descriptions.

What is your refund policy?

-Ours is that we do not process returns often and we typically can refund an item if it has not shipped and has taken longer than 3-4 weeks to ship. As always it is typically up to the situation.

How can we get in contact?

Great question! Sometimes our social medias are crazy so Instagram while easier to answer won't always be opened right away. Your surefire bet is to use the chat feature right here on the website! It is the button that says "CHAT" in the lower right hand corner of your screen.
